President: Pastor Clay Pawley, Th.D., Ph.D.
Bro. Clay was born on September 12, 1961 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was saved at the age of ten and surrendered to preach on August 15, 1982. He was ordained into the ministry on September 22, 1985 and became the pastor of his first church, the Grace Baptist Church in Evans, Louisiana. Since that time Bro. Clay has served as pastor of several churches.  Bro. Clay is currently the Pastor of Utopia Missionary Baptist Church in Villa Rica, GA.
Bro. Clay has studied at the Lake Charles Bible College and the Georgia Baptist Seminary and also served as a Board Member and Professor at the Georgia Baptist Seminary. Bro. Clay has received the Master of Divinity, Doctor of Theology, and the Doctor of Philosophy Degrees.  After much prayer and direction from the Lord, Bro. Clay founded the Biblical Study Theological Seminary where he presently serves as the President. Bro. Clay also serves as a Board Member of Lamplighter Prison Ministry. Bro. Clay is married to his lovely wife Sandra, who has faithfully stood by his ministry and been his strength, friend, and helpmate. They have two children and four grandchildren.

Clerk: Pastor Johnny Ivey, D.RE.
Bro. Johnny was saved at the age of fifteen. He surrendered to preach the gospel May 4, 1999.
He was called as Pastor of Welcome Hill Baptist Church March 26, 2000. Bro. Johnny and his wife Sis. Stacey, along with their three children - Rhonda, Brandon, and Hunter still serve at Welcome Hill.

Pastor: Gary W. Stewart, D.Min.
Brother Gary Stewart graduated Saks High School 1973 in Anniston, Al., and married Petie his high school sweetheart on July 20th of that same year. He was saved (born-again) April 28th 1981 and also acknowledged his call to the ministry later that year; and was licensed at Oak Ridge Baptist Church on Feb. 3, 1982. Brother Gary was ordained into the ministry Nov. 20, 1983 at New Canaan Baptist Church in Anniston, Al., where he began his first pastorate at Bethsaida Baptist Church, commonly called Abel Baptist, in Cleburne County, Alabama. He served at Bethsaida Baptist for one year. After that he went to Lighthouse Baptist Church in Hollis, Al., where he served for three and a half years.

Brother Gary then felt led of the Lord to enter into evangelism. He purchased a 30x60 tent and held tent meetings in Alabama and Georgia, and also preached on the radio in Roanoke, Al., Moody, Al., and in Bremen, Ga. He preached revivals and camp meetings until 1993, when the Lord led him to pastor the Corinth Baptist Church in Bowdon, Ga., where he presently serves as pastor. In the year 2000, Brother Gary received an Associate of Theology Degree from Calvary Baptist Seminary in Eufaula, Ok.

Brother Gary has been involved with missions throughout his ministry and in 1997 was privileged to travel to the Philippines and preach the 30th Year Founders Day for International Baptist Bible College where he received an Honorary Doctorate. On May 19, 2012 he received the Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Biblical Study Theological Seminary. Brother Gary serves on the Board of Directors for Lamplighter Prison Ministry, which is a mission work sent out from Corinth Baptist, and also serves as a Board Member of Biblical Study Theological Seminary, Bible College & Institute.

Brother Gary and Sister Petie will soon celebrate 40 years of marriage on July 20, 2013. The Lord has blessed them with three children, Jason, Tonya, and Kevin. They also have six precious grandchildren, Colby, Megan, Taylor, Mason, Jayla, and Haylee.

Pastor: Vermon Parmer, D.RE., Ph.D.
Bro. Vermon Parmer was saved in June of 1973 and surrendered to preach on November 9, 1977. Bro. Vermon has pastored for 32 years and presently pastors the New Life Baptist Church in Dallas, Georgia. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Bible College, and also on the Board of the Biblical Study Theological Seminary and Bible College. Bro. Vermon has received the Bachelor of Religious Education and the Doctor of Religious Education Degrees from the Georgia Baptist Seminary and the Doctor of Philosophy Degree from the Biblical Study Theological Seminary and Bible College. He and his wife Tracy have three sons, four granddaughters, and two grandsons.
